Get ready for a day full of action, adrenaline, and the most MUD you’ve ever seen! Mud Hero Montreal is back on June 15th and will be crazier than ever before!
Taking place at Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville for 2019, get ready for a wild day to remember with your friends and family! Prepare those running shoes and put your game face on, Mud Hero is about to get really dirty!

The 6km Classic course is a non-timed event taking participants over 18 of the industries biggest and best obstacles. Mud Hero is set to be very challenging again this year, but nonetheless fun for participants of all fitness levels aged 12 and up. Kids between ages 4 and 12 can experience the legendary Mud Hero fun with downsized versions of adult obstacles on their own 500-meter course.
Your mission: To run across insane obstacles, all there to make sure you are plastered with mud at the end of the run. The main purpose of the event is to have fun with your friends, family or even by yourself and share your passion for mud with other aficionados. If you’re planning on keeping that T-shirt clean for your Instagram photos, forget about it!

In addition to bringing you a full day of fun, Mud Hero Montreal is also there to raise awareness and support fundraising for a special cause: Special Olympics Canada. Dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities through the power of physical activity and by participating in different sports, Special Olympics Canada and Mud Hero’s objective is to create an inclusive society to all athletes. Over $100,000 were raised for charity in 2018! You can help by creating your very own fundraising page as an individual or team! There is no better feeling in the world than running for a good cause!
