This unusual weekend, called NON STOP 24/24 is a closing event for the Montreal au Sommet de la Nuit 2022 festival on May 19-20. The City of Montreal and Quebec Government joined with a non-profit organization MTL 24/24 to run this event as a pilot project to revive the city's nightlife.
Mtl 24/24’s mission is to curate, analyze and innovate the nighttime activities and bring Montreal to the forefront as the international destination at the same time waking up the night time economy.
‘Reinventing the rules. Resurrecting our city. Revitalizing our nightlife culture. Together. It’s time to act…’ says the statement on the Montréal Night Summit 2022 site.

The festival will host over 30 artists local and from overseas. Mtl 24/24 will use this pilot to innovate the ways to mitigate ‘consumption related harm’, like noise control or safety by joining participants, staff and residents in discussion at the specifically designated panel Micro Ouvert at the La Tulip venue. Mtl 24/24 talks will also touch on topics like night transport, food options and other aspects of nightlife.
All that you need to call it a good night out!
Thirsty Montrealers can grab the tickets to this event from the 26th April here- when the line-ups will be announced. Stay tuned for more coming from the Mtl 24/24 as these guys seem to know what is coming up at night in Montreal!
