Tis’ the season to be jolly! If you’ve been in town lately you may have noticed Christmas decorations popping up literally everywhere. Christmas is now officially only 39 days away and we couldn’t be more excited! What better way to celebrate the festivities than by attending one of the many Christmas markets and villages the city will have to offer.

One market that montrealers seem to love in particular is the famous Atwater Market Christmas Village! And it’s coming back on November 29th until December 22nd ! According to the organizers of this 4th edition, you will find on site a real traditional Christmas Market with 40 chalets sheltering local craftsmen and restaurateurs.

You will also be able to attend concerts and admire choirs and shows. Christmas tales and afternoons board games will be there for the duration of the event. Gourmet evenings and a delicious sugar shack to satisfy your cravings. Meetings with Santa in his workshop as well as creative activities and face painting for children in the Elves’ Kingdom! And if you don’t have your Christmas tree, you can shop and pick it up directly at the market!

The village will be wheelchair accessible and dog friendly! So mark your calendars, the Christmas village is back in two weeks! Click here to read more about it.
