Park Ex, as it’s affectionately known, has got to be one of the best places to eat in Montreal. The restaurants are delicious, and usually not too crowded, and almost always totally affordable. While it may be a little out of your way, there is such a concentration of great Indian restaurants in Park Ex you’re sure to find a place that’s perfect for you.

Sana - 655 Jarry West
Sana serves up Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi food and their food is extremely delicious. It’s not a fancy spot by any means, and a lot of people will order takeout from them instead of eating at the restaurant, but the restaurant is comfortable and you’re sure to have a great meal.

Bombay Mahal - 1001 Jean Talon West
Oh my god, I love Bombay Mahal. First of all, it’s BYOB, so you can bring your own beer or wine, making the whole experience very affordable. Also, the service is always great, they’re super nice, and the food has been delicious every time I’ve gone there, which is like once per week.

Chand Palace - 989 Jean Talon West
Chand Palace is like right beside Bombay Mahal. It’s open from 10:30am until 10 or 10:30pm every night, and the food is always delicious. You can get a full meal for like $10, and it’s also BYOB. Hell yeah!
